Nothing after installation

Hello,

we're using Kayako (or trying!!) for the first time back here. The installation went smoothly, without any problems. The only thing here was that when I passed from the page before the last one, to the last setup page (language -> Finish), nothing happened. the main content disapeared and nothing else from there. I removed setup folder to see if it went ok, but it keeps saying that kayako is not installed.

The Database contents are there because I've re-installed all and always get the same behaviour.

Anyone got this?

another note here:

I get this if I try to access the main page:

SupportSuite is not installed, Please run setup/index.php to run SupportSuite

Hi Nuno,

Are there any errors generated in your Apache error logs when you go from the language setup to finish page?

I increased max_execution_time to 300. It was set to 30. and it showed ok.
It now is working fine!
