It seems my permissions for files and cache are getting changed, from “something”. What windows permissions are required to be set on the Kayako implementation? I believe files and cache are set to the plesk_domain_user as read/write/execute/list, and the rest is set to read. What should the permissions be for a Windows implementation of kayako? Thanks, |

The permission for files and cache directories on Windows server should be read-write-archive
