Exclamation PHP-ISAPI Fail to Load - 12-05-2009, 02:07 AM

I had Kayako eSupport running fine on our server for a few weeks, and all of a sudden after restarting my server, the PHP-ISAPI filter from PHP5 will not load on IIS. I have a red arrow pointing down and Kayako will not load. Which is strange because the server had been restarted before, and the site ran perfectly fine, along with the filter loading properly.

I looked into my event viewer, and have been receiving the following error.
Source: W3SVC-WP
Event ID: 2268
Description:
Could not load all ISAPI filters for site/service. Therefore startup aborted.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp. (The page suggested gives nothing)

Data:
(bytes) 0000: e6 03 00 00 æ...
(words) 0000: 000003e6

What could be causing this problem?
I need this site back up ASAP
Any help would be appreciated.

Regards,
Travis M. Haag

Travis,

I am not sure if this is the same problem that I had, but after upgrading my Win2K3 server with .NET 3.5 SP1 a bunch of things in IIS got messed up. I switched to using FastCGI for php instead of the ISAPI filter.
