Hi runfer, Testing the on the latest build, it appears as though the language selector does take you back to the main page. However, it does change the language. Can you confirm your SupportSuite version and whether or not your language is being changed? -------------------------------------------------------------------

Hello Craig, I already submit one ticket, but I'm afraid about the slowness of the reply. I have submitted one ticket almost 2 months ago without a conclusive reply about the issues that I have, http://forums.kayako.com/showthread.php?t=13443. As you can imagine it's very important to have the language problem resolved asap. Thanks. |
