Unhappy Problem change Language Support Center - 14-09-2007, 01:46 AM

Hi,

I have detected in SupportSuite 3.11.01 that when in the main page of the support center, we selected any section, for example downloads, and i changed the language, returns to be the main screen of the support center in English, which it is the language by defect, and the language in the section does not change. I have installed a extra language, German, in addition to the English who SupportSuite include.


To somebody but happens to him the same? somebody has solved it?

Hi runfer,

Testing the on the latest build, it appears as though the language selector does take you back to the main page. However, it does change the language. Can you confirm your SupportSuite version and whether or not your language is being changed?

Jamie,

The version is 3.11.01.

We are tested to create a language in the Control Panel and has some effect, he gives back to the initial Support Center page in English.

Also we have download language packs for version 3.11 and has same result.

I have the same problem with the emails that sent to the clients, all the area is in Portuguese.

Hello Craig,
I already submit one ticket, but I'm afraid about the slowness of the reply.
I have submitted one ticket almost 2 months ago without a conclusive reply about the issues that I have, http://forums.kayako.com/showthread.php?t=13443.
As you can imagine it's very important to have the language problem resolved asap.

I'm playing with the trial and have the same problem.
Personally this doesn't look good. And the lack of response either.
It's a $500 product for crying out loud! I'd doubt if this product will be a good investment...

It has only been 5 days from the issue was spotted. These issues require the developers fixing them and this may take a few weeks.

I have the same problem. I don't want to change the default template because what is the use of multiple languages if you can only use one? (I know this is user related)
Is there a fix for this problem yet?
