Try the following: - Start the MySQL command line tool and enter the MySQL password. - Enter use db_name; (db_name should be the name of the kayako database) - Enter update swsettings set data = 'http://support.praxedo.com/' where vkey='general_producturl'; - Clear the cache of your browser. - Enter the following URL into your browser: http://support.praxedo.com/staff/ind...a=rebuildcache Make sure you've replaced the URL in the steps above with the correct URL. |
