I suggest you upgrade to the latest stable build. That will fix the issue. v3.00.32 is not designed to support IE7. Kami, You are inconsistent in your findings. You stated back on Dec. 21 that the newest CVS fixed the IE7 problems with SupportSuite, and now you are suggesting that it is still broken. http://forums.kayako.com/showpost.ph...6&postcount=13 So, is IE7 working with chat or not? |
