Problems upgrading to 3.11 - 31-07-2007, 11:19 AM

I've just upgraded the software the site I'm working on is using from 3.10.2 to 3.11.x. I've uploaded all the files that came with it, ran the setup update successfully, deleted the setup folder completely and everything is running normally... However, we are unable to answer any tickets now. Everytime we try a blank (white) page comes up and nothing happens.

Anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this?

First, find out the error message.

Check your error log on your server, or set display_errors = On in php.ini (shows the error message in the browser)

Error display is already set to on (and there was a visible warning when the update was first done to show heads already sent from setup not being deleted).
I checked the error log from CPanel but it doesn't appear there is any errors being created... It's just a blank page.

Please provide me Admin CP access and link to your phpinfo at mahesh.slaria AT kayako.com. I will try to find the cause and fix this immediately.

What's the fix? Same issue here!

Upgrade 3.10.02 STABLE to 3.11.00 STABLE
