Our SuportSuite members can create Trouble Tickets fine, which we receive fine. However, when we reply (by email), we get the following email error notice (refer below). This is new as everything was working fine up till recently. Our techs came back with: IonCube loader files are neither required nor recommended to be installed at server level as they can cause problems due to version conflicts. Please contact the software vendor to provide the ioncube loader files or they can download it from here: PHP Encoder, protection, installer and performance tools from ionCube: Loader Download Linux (x86) and install it in the required folder (check with Kayako where to put them). Hi ddixon, Can you confirm that you have installed Ioncube? If you haven't you need to follow the instructions in the manual regarding installing the IonCube loaders. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Actually, that is not true. It is best to have bother Zend Optimizer and IonCube installed at server level for best speed. Depending on server setup, you can usually run IonCube at run time but unfortunatly your server won't due to the way it is setup. Follow the instructions at PHP Encoder, protection, installer and performance tools from ionCube: Loader Installation to install at server level. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |
