One of our customers, with 3 paid-for installation of Supportsuite, performed a nice rm -rf /* on the server, we've reinstalled the server and restore the whole /var/www from backup, most things seems ok, but now, when a new ticket is created in the system an error is logged: client xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx] PHP Fatal error: parser::_eventcallback() [<a href='function.require'>function.require</a>]: Failed opening required './modules/parser/cron_parser.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in /var/www/html/vhosts/support.xxxx.nl/modules/parser/parser.php on line 103, referer: http://support.xxxx.nl/admin/index.p..._a=managestaff I've checked the permissions and all, it looks to me like something is missing in the configuration, but can't find it... any idea?
