Hi, i have one problem. The SupportSuite requires to set up the cron task. Unfortunately our server is hosted and they do not offer cron tasks setup. Instead they offer to run any url. Nevertheless when I run the ...cron/index.php in my explorer, i have the feeling that the task is not completed. Is there a way how to make the index.php be processed without using cron (and without relying on the PseudoCron). Thanks Ivo Brabec |

yes you can run http://www.yoursupporturl.com/cron/index.php?_t=parser to run your parser and http://www.yoursupporturl.com/cron/index.php?_t=tickets to run your escalation. |

You can then set a windows task to run that url every so often. |
