Setup dont run

Hello

i install supportsuit like manual want it...zend optimizer is installed...

but when setup-screen appears kayako-grafik is dont shown...after click setup...nothing happend :-(

Are you hosted on a IIS server?

here are the infos phpinfo()

it runs on suse 10.3

MB String is not installed. Try installing it and see if it helps.

These changes are necessary as well:
magic_quotes_gpc = On
short_open_tag = On
