setup.php keeps repeating step 1

Hi

I am trying to install this but it keeps repeating step1 and will not go on to step2

Make sure your server PHP meets all Kayako requirements. A link to your phpinfo will certainly help.

Check for register_globals or safe_mode being enabled. Sounds like an issue with one of those two.

register_globals is no longer required to be On so you might want to look into safe_mode.

I said check for them being enabled in his current installation. I am saying he should NOT have them on as they both cause this issue.
