show url as www.domain.com not domain.com

When we try out our demo install of Support Suite, we send people to domain.com but then when you get to the point of clicking 'Submit Ticket' the url changes to domain.com, losing the www.

I know when the installation takes place that you cannot use the www. in the license but would this be affecting the url or would it be the hosting/domain setup?

Contact sales (http://support.kayako.com) who may be able to licence you both with and without www. for you.

Welcome to the forums. Please get in touch with support or sales, we'll be happy to add an additional allowed subdomain for the 'www.' prefix.

Would adding the subdomain stop this redirect happening automatically?

Hi there,

No it wouldn't. If you're running Apache, use a .htaccess file to rewrite the URL:

http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&ct=re...bA7l9mw-5556Mw

Just for reference, it was actually the setting in Admin CP > Settings > General > Product URL that was set without the www. prefix.
