slow supportsuite - 26-11-2007, 07:58 AM

Hi,

I installed supportsuite on my web. my domain is hosted sharing with a ISP. The problem is for example the panel control is very slow to update whe you make a change.

Kayako Technical support say me i need change mysql server config, but i can't change because my ISP say me that is a Hosting Shared with other domains and the change can affect to other users.

Please, a other user fixed it ???? if yes ... how ??

Thanks,

Ferdinand

Try contacting your host about it. It may be an issue with the server you are on.

If it is your MySQL version then I do not suppose there can be a work around for your slow helpdesk. You will have to update the MySQL version.

Well optimimum is version 4 or 5. The ones listed on Kayako's site are minimum requirements.
