| staff mass-manage status menu isssues after 3.30.01 upgrade -

Hi, I upgraded to 3.30.01 and having some issues with the mass-manage status drop-down menu at the bottom of the ticket grid. Here's what happens to me:
- navigate to a department and check the desired tickets I wish to change the status on.
- I select the new status from the drop-down menu at the bottom.
- Before I can click the 'go' button, the menu auto refreshes and then only shows open/closed status; even though there are more statuses assigned to that department. (they do display correctly in the menu when first visiting a dept page).
My thought was I missed a file or two during the upgrade process, but double checked and I think I got them all. I also cleared the cache folder a couple times.
Any ideas?
