Question Stange Error - 04-06-2008, 09:32 AM

I get since today the following error when i want to open the staff panel

i transfered the system to a new domain. I rebuilded the cache.

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/pvgroup/domains/domain/public_html/support/modules/tickets/functions_ticketsui.php on line 257

Make sure the staff user using which you are accessing the Staff CP is assigned to atleast 1 department or the department to which the ticket exist.

Yes, i checked that, i log in as Administrator wich belongs to the admin group, the admin group is assigned to all departments.
The problems still exists

Wierd, in that case I suggest you create a support ticket with Kayako from Kayako Members Area

support found the solution for me:

They updated my statusus once again and the problem was away.

I think i was because i have a status called : "Geëscaleerd", witch was imported as Ge�scaleerd.

I hope this helps everyone who have the same problem after transfering a domain.
