Google has lots of results with information on this. The FreeBSD Diary -- Directing mail to a program is one such page.

I have done a lot of searching and I cannot find anything that helps with this issue but that does seem promising. I have just gone through that guide and not any further at this stage.

----- Transcript of session follows -----
/bin/sh: /etc/smrsh/index.php: /usr/local/bin/php: bad interpreter: No such file or directory
554 5.3.0 unknown mailer error 126
550 5.1.1 nathan@simtronic.com.au... User unknown

I think that may be my problem. Will look into this now.

Problem Fixed

The location of PHP was incorrect /cli/index.php was looking for PHP in "/usr/bin/local/" but the default location for CentOS is "/usr/bin/"

Thanks all!
