Supported on Solaris 10? - 30-04-2008, 10:53 PM

Hey all,

I know the documentation says that eSupport is supported on Solaris, but I want to check if it is specifically supported on Solaris 10.

Thanks,

Elena

As long as you have the PHP and MySQL requirements listed at https://support.kayako.com/index.php...eid=47&nav=0,2 it will work fine.

Yes, eSupport or SupportSuite runs flawlessly on Solaris 10. I prepared my SAMP server according to SAMP (Solaris, Apache 2, MySQL 5, and PHP5) Setup for Solaris 10 and Solaris Express : Neal Pollack's Weblog and installed SupportSuite and tested without any problem.

If you face any problem then we are here to help you.

Best of luck,

Yes. And, of course, we have 30 day free trials, so you could just try it.

:-D We actually already bought it, we are just trying to decide which machine to put it on, and it is simpler to ask before trying to get it to work.

Thanks for the prompt reply.
