Trouble with POP3 and Scheduling and Departments - 06-11-2008, 01:30 PM

Hi,

I have almost got my support suite working couple of things.

1. The Scheduled tasks don't seem to work. I have setup the cron job to get cron/index and i have tried to for running of POP3/Imap fetching but the system doesn't seem to be running the schedule when it should.

2. I have created more departments but they aren't showing up when I login as staff is there something I am missing?

Additionaly I have tested pop3 with http://mydomain.com/cron/index.php?_t=parser and this is working well at least with the first department.

Thanks,
Jeremy

Are you receiving any errors? Have you set your Windows scheduler as explained in the manual?

Hello,

I am having the same issue with cron using plesk on linux. I have a feeling the variables passed to the php file in the URL break the cron job. It won't even execute and returns no errors. We have a dozen other cron jobs running fine.

Cron runs just fine using urls with arguments under plesk on linux; there are literally thousands of desks running like that on our hosted servers. Please open a support ticket.
