Hi, I have almost got my support suite working couple of things. 1. The Scheduled tasks don't seem to work. I have setup the cron job to get cron/index and i have tried to for running of POP3/Imap fetching but the system doesn't seem to be running the schedule when it should. 2. I have created more departments but they aren't showing up when I login as staff is there something I am missing? Additionaly I have tested pop3 with http://mydomain.com/cron/index.php?_t=parser and this is working well at least with the first department. Thanks, Jeremy |

Are you receiving any errors? Have you set your Windows scheduler as explained in the manual?
