Update stops with fatal error

i want to update to new version...update-screen shows fatal error..look at screenshot..

now ich change the php.ini to "memory_limit = 12M"

when i start update again i got a new error

update dont work again :-(

and kayako dont works :-(

Change it to like 128MB and see if it works then. Also, try hard stopping (service httpd stop on CentOS / RHL) and then starting it again (service httpd start) as sometimes the httpd.conf gets cached and doesn't get reloaded on a service restart.

The error suggests your memory_limit is set to 8M or there abouts.

i restore my linux-system with kayako from an old backup...then i set memory_limit is set to 512MB...copy new kayako-files and start "update" is runs...and it stop on screen again (look at 1st post -> error1.png)
