Hi,

The username and password it is asking for are the admin logins for the v3 install.

Hi,

Are you using the login details for the v3 install, not the old v2 details?

You can't simply upgrade v2 to v3, you need to do a fresh install of v3 in a new database and then use the ImpEX option to import the v2 data.

Hi,

Under the /setup folder the first thing you are presented with is a manu of options.

If you deleted this folder (as you should) after install simply re-upload it and go back to the the setup options.

There you will see the ImpEX option.
