Upgrade Issues from v3.00.80 to v3.30.01

Hi,

I have:

Windows 2003 Server
PHP 5.2.6
Zend 3.30
MySQL 4.3.1


I am getting this error when I click upgrade on /setup:

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function mysql_pconnect() in E:\wwwroot\includes\functions.php on line 425

I have been told that I need to compile my PHP with MySQL, how do I do that?

Hi Charlie,

What version of PHP are you running? It is unusual that your PHP installation is not compiled with MySQL support. In fact, you wouldn't have been able to run and version of SupportSuite at all without it.

It was working fine before using supportsuite v 3.00.80:

PHP 4.4.2
Zend 2.6.2

Now I did upgrade PHP & Zend to upgrade supportsuite to v3.30.01:

Installed PHP V. 5.2.6
Installed Zend v. 3.30

now I am getting this error:

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function mysql_pconnect() in E:\wwwroot\includes\functions.php on line 425 after cliking on Upgrade in /setup.

Kayako support told me to compile php for mysql.

It's working now.

But I click on upgrade, I get the license agreement page but it does not display the "Agree" button on the page.

Make sure your server meets all Kayako requirements. Your server PHP should be compiled with mbstring and mcrypt.
