Upgrade problem with name/password - 28-10-2006, 06:57 PM

I`m upgrading from 3.00.81 to the latest version. When the upgrade script comes to the enter name/password section, it tells me I have an invalid name/password. I have administrator rights and can log in to the support area with my details. Why can I not upgrade with these details!!!
