The Navbar template must have been edited and different the the default package when you upgraded. Hence the system alerts you to Restore the template. Regards, Varun Shoor -------------------------------------------------------------------

For some templates when I do save-restore - they change to yellow - but I have some other tickets where the save-restore function doesn't work. Now - the question is - why could there be not one button to save-restore all of these templates - I am sure I am missing a concept here. Still find this incredibly frustrating that all your customisations get wiped out by reverting the template, it could have been done better without affecting the changes so drastically - we have made a lot of customisations to fit in with site designs and this is so annoying having to backout and manually add customisations each time there is a kayako upgrade. Thats my whine over with, back to customising..... |
