Upgrading from 3.00.32 to 3.11.00 - 07-03-2008, 09:00 AM

Hi,

I am currently using Kayako Helpdesk version 3.00.32 and planing to upgrade it 3.11.00. Is there any special point (other than to take the backup of the database) that I will need to take care while upgrading the Helpdesk?

Take a backup of the files and database, upload the new files without the /config/ folder, go to /setup/ in your web browser, hit Upgrade and let it run through. Remove the /setup/ directory after you are done.

Why not wait for the new stable build 3.20. No point in upgrading to an out of date version.
