Already been there.

Nothing in the Debug log to indicate a problem. It just stops after"[02 Aug 2007 12:35 AM] PARSER: Auto responder is enabled in queue"

No entries are created in the Parser log indicating that there was ever a message.

No errors or warning in the php log either.

Mohit Sharma from Kayako support has been unable to figure it out.

Last night, he said he is escalating the problem to development to figure out. That was about 10 hours ago and no news yet.

FYI, in case anyone else can't get the parser to run in 3.11.00... In the mean time, I have installed 3.10.02 in a separate folder and setup a scheduled task to run the parser task out of that folder to get my tickets coming in again.

I do now and that got the messages coming in with the 3.11.00 parser. Mohit Sharma has been working on this for a couple of days.
