Upgrading to 3.30.00 causes problems with arcticle text

After we upgraded to 3.30.00 we now see weird characters in our articles. We are now seeing "Â" in our text. How do we fix this? Why did this happen?

BTW - I tried creating a support ticket from the members area but the ticket system isn't working, it keeps redirecting back to the sales department ticket system.

This is very probably the result of stricter character set behavior - latin1 or swedish1 is probably being treated as unicode, or vice versa. If you open a support ticket, one of our support staff can help remedy this issue.

So, "If you open a support ticket, one of our support staff can help remedy this issue." does not seem feasible.

Hi Hammer,

Please ensure all the fields are filled in. I will look at why it is just taking you back to the start when leaving them out.
