Upgrading from v2 to v3 eSupport - 17-04-2007, 07:14 AM

I have not been able to find any documentation regarding this... When upgrading from v2 to v3, is there in import tool to import all tickets to the new system?

Is there any documentation I can look at about this? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Aaron,
This indeed is documented in the online manual of the software which you can find at http://manual.kayako.net. Look into the upgrade section and also make sure you are running v2.3.5 which was the last stable build in v2 series.
