V 3.10.02 / Problem answering online -

Hi, We are using Winnap and Support Suite 3.10.02.
When visitors ask to chat online we answer the request, but after some time, appears to cut connection. No messages arrive.
after a long chat the supportsuite client window crashes - we find the customer again and reinitiate the chat they dont seem to see any issues unless we dont respond.
