| v2.x to v3.20.02 updgrade issue -

We just upgraded from eSupport v2.2.5 to v2.3.5 and then from v2.3.5 to v3.20.02. All the tickets were sucessfully imported. The issue that we have however, is that any ticket created while running v2..2.5 did not require user registration. So when my staff replies to these tickets in v3.30.02 the user is unable to access the ticket (when the click on the link in the auto responder) because they do not have an account.
It is not feasible for us to ask our users to create accounts because of the sheer volume of tickets created in v2.2.5.
Is there a script that automatically creates an account for v2.2.5 users or some other solution that you have devised for this problem? |
