v3.00.18 requirements?

I have eSupport Suite v3.00.18, using PHP 4 and MySQL 4.4.

We're upgrading to MySQL 5, but not upgrading PHP, can I still run v3.00.18 ?

I'd upgrade Kayako but again we will not be upgrading PHP on the server that eSupport in installed on (because it's a shared server), and I know that the higher versions of Kayako won't run on PHP 4.

Hi there,

Yes, PHP4 will be fine. However, this version is more than three years out of date. It contains a number of publicly known security vulnerabilities which could compromise your web server. We strong recommend using the latest version.
