Want total Installtion Guide

I want to install support suit owned on local machine win 2003 / win XP

I have tried with xampp 1.6.6a

and also tried many times zend optimizer.3.3.0
but always I got error Zend Optimizer not installed
I have also tried and chaged value from 0 to 1 in Php.ini
I am not sure where to put or how to upload uplode folder files to see at http://localhost/support or else

Can any body help me out to solve this probelmb ?????

Please can you attach to your message your php.ini configuration. I think there could be a problem with loading modules.

Make sure you are not running multiple instances of PHP as well
