I upgraded a working 3.4.10 to 3.10.0 using the upgrade.php script. The upgrade went smoothly but I noticed that I lost all my Language and Template customizations, so I had to rollback... Cliff. |

Cliff, When you carry out an upgrade, Kayako will require you to restore a few if not all of your templates to its original state to support the changes or new feature which have been carried out.
