Where is config.shared.php?

I want to install eSupport (3.20.02 Zend version), but after choosing "Setup" in the setup wizard I get:

I can't find config.shared.php, where should it be?

Solved: I first dowloaded the IonCube version which package includes an outdated installation instruction. From this I copied the wrong config settings.
