I don't get, in the forums and on the kayako web site it all says we must upgrade to 3.50 and certain things won't work etc. I upgraded to IE8 and the client support centre works abolutely fine (like it did in IE7) and yes a few things don't work in the staff support centre but there is a compatibility button in IE8! |

Please see this thread for more information: IE8 seems to work with the compatibility mode -------------------------------------------------------------------

Brat42: The long and short of it is that many of our customers' users don't know about the compatability button. To keep that group from having a difficult time, we're advising immediate upgrade to modern support suite.
