Windows Server 2003 Install - 28-02-2006, 12:19 AM

I'm having some problems running a typical Windows Server 2003 installation.

Is there a problem with this method? The errors are at the end of the installation. I can provide the errors but thought I'd check and see if this is a known issue first.

Appreciate any help

There are quite a few people around here running it on Windows 2003 servers. So you will need to post some detail about your problem and your configuration for anyone to be able to help...

Actually I figured out the problem. it's the permissions on the cache directory.

Thanks

Well I guess I'm not completely done but this is a different issue.

I did an import from my old database (about 1400 tickets). It pulled all the users, the knowledgebase, the troubleshooter etc.

I watched it pull the tickets, but I can't see any of them. Is there a problem where I need to somehow assign imported tickets to a user?
