Yet another Admin panel problem - 05-02-2008, 04:44 PM

I get ERROR: Domain does not match license key file domain (support.hostingcrate.com), please change the product path to match the domain under Admin CP > Settings > General Settings
This Product will not work properly unless untill that value is changed.

However key.php is set up to hostingcrate.com, so why isn't it working? Does the URL need to be changed to support.hostingcrate.com?

Hi Kurtis,

Assuming you have it installed on hostingcrate.com, and the key.php is for hostingcrate.com:

In the administrator control panel, under Settings -> General you need to set your "Product URL" to hostingcrate.com.

I just checked that you have installed the license at: HostingCrate - Powered By Kayako LiveResponse and your license key is set to "hostingcrate.com" which had to be 'support.hostingcrate.com"

Please email me your Kayako members area details for the authorization and I will change the domain name for you.

I have it installed at support.hostingcrate.com. Unfortunately I cannot get into the Admin CP because when I try I get:

I assumed this was due to the key.php being wrong.
