Hi Richelo, I am of the belief (and I checked with our Service's department) that simply writing over the files would work without a complete install and reinstall. I suggest you do the following (assuming your install directory is support): 1. Backup your database. 2. Upload the new Zend Open files into a new directory called support_open - make sure you edit your config.php file to point to your database. Also don't forget the key.php file. You will also need to set your file permissions again (cli.php, cache folder etc). 3. Rename the support directory to support_closed. 4. Rename the support_open directory to support. Assuming all went well, your support desk should be operational. If not, it will be easy to roll back simply by reversing the folder renaming process (rename support to support_open and support_closed to support). Many thanks, -------------------------------------------------------------------
