1000's of bounces - Help

we are getting 1,000's of the below....I had to delete the billing piping to stop them. please see attached screen shot.

Check if none of your staff user emails is set to root@
Add a mail parser rule not to send an autoresponder when:
1) Ticket email contains mailer-daemon
2) Ticket subject contains - failure notice

You will need someone to look into your configuration to pin point the reason for the mail loop. I suggest you create a ticket with Kayako Support.
