Hi Guys, Really got big issue receiving emails with notice of changes or new tickets. Instaalert is working ok no problem, email parser is working to that point when client receives confirmation that his ticket was submitted, but staff email is empty and with any changes made no email at all. ![]() Please could you give me some suggestions maybe some king tricky things need to be done. Alerts are created for all dept. autoresponders ON By the way maybe I am wrong but I would like to use for example support@mydomain.com for parser and for email alert the same email (maybe it's not possible) ![]() Please help me cause have no ideas how to solve this matter.
