about to go crazy, 5 days and no piping.

Hi,

I leased Supportsuite a few days ago and I have not been able to get email piping to work in plesk.

I have followed instructions.

1- The permission for / cli/ and cli/index.php is set to 777
2.- The file .qmail-sales has exactly this on it:

|/home/httpd/vhosts/mydomain.com/httpdocs/servicio/cli/index.php

where mydomain.com is obviously my active domain.

3.- I have setup an email parser to sales@mydomain.com

So far tickets are not created.

Logs indicate the same even If I change the .qmail-sales file to include php-q:

I have changed also the first line in cli/index.php to #!/usr/bin/php -q

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Previously a person in support asked for this in the live chat, the root password. Sorry but you must understand that for security reasons I cannot give that password to anyone.

I can follow instructions very well.

I will create a ticket for it.

PLESK piping cannot be set without root password. You can switch to POP3 if piping is not working.
