From my regular GMail account I can send emails to tickets@support.MYDOMAIN.com... and it works. When I reply to the ticket from my Google Apps for MYDOMAIN.com, it doesn't work. I also can't seem to create the ticket by sending a mail from it... Nothing shows up in the parser log either. How come I can mail to the subdomain from outside the Google Apps but not from within? Google Apps isn't managing the subdomain... Version 4 now available! New interface & many new features! Download a FREE 30-day trial today! Use coupon savemoreon4 and save 10%! |

Hi Triexa, This sounds very odd. One common cause of something isolated like this is that the address in question has been banned within your SupportSuite; have you checked that? -------------------------------------------------------------------
