After following the manual and instructions here, I submitted a ticket to Kayako support, but they haven't been able to help me. According to support, the piping script is working fine but there are wrong permissions on cli/index.php or for a user. I'm waiting to hear back what permissions I should look at, but hoped somebody on the forums would know. cli/index.php is 755, and .qmail-test is 644. The email has been added to the Email Queue in the Admin CP. Here is the bounce back email I get when I try to send to the piped email: Hi. This is the qmail-send program at *.com.The server uses Plesk 8.6 w/ CentOS 5 (on a mediatemple.net dv). |
