I'm seeing the following error in my PHP error log file: [30-Aug-2006 09:42:16] PHP Warning: imap_open() [<a href='function.imap-open'>function.imap-open</a>]: Couldn't open stream {mail.nc-software.com:110/pop3/notls}INBOX in D:\Webs\helpdesk\modules\parser\cron_parser.php on line 84 Any suggestions? I'm using 3.0.90. |

Hi, Seems like the info you are using for your POP3 account is incorrect or you have not set your POP3 account correctly. Re-check it and it will fix the issue. Thank you for your reply. I am getting e-mails, my Kayako appears to be working, however, recently I enabled PHP error logging and now I see these. Hope it identifies a problem somewhere else that can be fixed. |
