We have managed to setup the full system and its operating fine, now ive come to the cPanel Piping.... 3 words.... "oh, my," and "lord"... im a webhost this should be easy for me!! lol Can anyone give any advice on how to get going? So far we have followed the manual, and got no where! This is what we have done: CMOD /home/account/public_html/support/cli/index.php to 755 We then have gone into our cPanel, added a forwarder for support@domain.com to forward to /home/account/public_html/support/cli/index.php And still no luck... tried to view the Kayako Knowledgebase Online Flash Tutorial but thats dead! Any help would be much appric. Tim ![]() |

did you setup the mail parsers in the SupportSuite Admin CP? If so when you send a test email to support@domain.com does the email address you sent the test email from get a email back with a error message or anything? |
