cPanel piping issue. - 21-09-2007, 12:47 PM

I just got my license today, and i setup the forwarders in cpanel, and created a queue in admin, but when it comes to piping, i get this error. any clues please?

the following functions are disabled in php. show_source, system, passthru, popen, proc_open

i turned off all the disabled functions i had in php.ini.

Is your helpdesk installed on a sub-domain or in a sub-directory of the main domain?

yes it is.

i am not going to use email piping anyway, i just noticed now, that if i use email piping, this will bypass the mailscanner, so i will get spams. but i would really wanna know why did i see that.
