Cpanel Piping Issue - 17-11-2005, 08:51 PM

Getting e-mails bounced back with the following. Any ideas? index is at 755 tried 777 no change.

Hi,

Make sure you uploaded this file in ASCII and have it CHMOD 755, that should sort it.

How about somebody do something actually HELPful out there and post a link of a .tarball of the thing. That's the exact same error I get.

It's weird because a REGISTERED user can log into the support center and submit a ticket (albeit there's no e-mail to the staff saying there's a new ticket) but if they try to e-mail in a ticket from the SAME e-mail address, it bounces right back to 'em.

alreay installed 3.00.33 Unstable and that didnt work either...
