cPanel piping issue - 17-04-2006, 05:28 PM

Been having trouble with this.

installed everything....

i want to send an email to support@domain.com and have it create a ticket, same with sales@domain.com

manage to get the forwarder to stop giving me errors using |"/home/imagenet/public_html/kayako/cli/index.php"

but nothing shows up anywhere, these emails just dissapear

any ideas?
