Hi Mark, Have you tried asking your host about why this may be happening? It is likely they will be able to identify off-hand a configuration that is particular to their server set up that may have stopped your piping from working. Have you also made sure to set the file permissions for the /cli/index.php file? These may have not been carried over if you downloaded your files and reuploaded them. -------------------------------------------------------------------

I suggest you try make the file 777 writeable. I also suggest you try using: "| php -q /home/infoweb/public_html/support/cli/index.php" and "|/usr/local/bin/php -q /home/infoweb/public_html/support/cli/index.php" I am no technical expert on this I am afraid, I usually solve it by trial and error! -------------------------------------------------------------------
