Ok, i configured piping through cpanel, however the emails are just sitting in my webmail inbox.

Any suggestions?

in the admin panel of supportsuite go under Scheduled Tasks > Manage and make sure to have kayako pull those mails.

i think that should solve your problem

In reading
cPanel/Exim Piping Issues - Resolution

I changed the forwarder to

|/usr/local/bin/php /home/cpanelname/public_html/support/cli/index.php

and it is still not working.

The pipe should not include the path (typically):
"|/home/cpanelname/public_html/support/cli/index.php"
(include the "quotes")
Make sure the file it's calling is CHMOD 755 as well.

I am trying to run it using the fetch mode = pipe. I don't need to have this enabled.

The file itself has 755 permissions?

Does the file itself have the right permissions? (755)

Ok, here is what i have done.

1) Created an email queue for support@domain.com
2) Set fetch mode to PIPE
3) Logged into cpanel > Aliases/Forwarding
4) created forwarder support@domain.com >> "|/home/most/public_html/support/cli/index.php"
5) sent an email to support@domain.com

and the email just stays in the webmail inbox for that email address.

its |/home/user/public_html/support/cli/index.php NOT "|/home/user/public_html/support/cli/index.php" you do not put the "" and you need to chmod the index.php too 755

now when you send that test email to support@domain.com are you getting a return email that says local delivery failed... you might wanna go into WHM and rebuild apache with phpsuex support and curl support if you are in fact gettting a return email... Also you actually created a email address support@domain.com ? that wasnt a good idea.. Dont actually create a email account just create the forwarder... Cause if you create a actual email address you will have to remember to every so often go and delete all the emails otherwise you gonna fill up your space and then cause even more problems.

I made the changes you suggested. I removed the support@domain.com email account and changed the forwarder to
support@mostconsulting.net >> |/home/most/public_html/support/cli/index.php

I also confirmed that the index.php file is 0755. However, no tickets are created. Also, i am not recieving any boucebacks, so something is working.
